The Zest Bar takes its name from the key ingredient of the ti-punch: lime, which brings that essential touch of acidity and freshness. Its emblem, a stylized sugarcane, symbolizes the richness of the Antillean lands. This cane represents the sugar that softens the ti-punch and the rum that gives it its strength, making this drink a true emblem of Caribbean culture. This choice of name and logo embodies the spirit of Zest: a tribute to Martiniquan tradition, blended with a modern and friendly vision.

The restaurant and rum bar, Zest Bar, was born from the dream of two friends, passionate about rum and travel. These modern explorers, always in search of new flavors and experiences, wanted to create a place in their image: warm, authentic, and open to the world. Drawing inspiration from their discoveries and the stories shared over a glass of rum, they brought to life a unique bar-restaurant. The Zest Bar is a creation by Olivier Compère and Pauline Delbande, who have masterfully combined contemporary elegance with the warmth of Martinique in the venue's design. À cela s’ajoutent des événements saisonniers, tels que l’ouverture du Zest Club sous une nouvelle thématique à chaque vacances, ou encore les Rhums & Barbecue, organisés une fois par mois.
